This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Conduct behavioral evaluations and create personalized ABA treatment plans.
β’ Offer clinical supervision and support to behavior technicians executing programs.
β’ Track client progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
β’ Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to achieve treatment objectives.
β’ Keep precise documentation and ensure services comply with ethical and clinical standards.
β’ Current BCBA certification in good standing.
β’ Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline.
β’ Experience delivering ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.
β’ Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
β’ Proficiency in both English and Spanish (both written and verbal).
β’ Fully remote position with flexible scheduling options.
β’ No minimum or maximum caseload requirements.
β’ Absence of non-compete agreements.
