This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.
• Create behavior analytic programs informed by formal assessments and observations for designated clients.
• Regularly assess and adjust programs based on client performance.
• Identify formal assessment requirements for clients at the point of intake and during reauthorization as needed.
• Conduct assessments tailored to client needs and deficits (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABAS-3, Vineland-3, SRS-2, etc.).
• Provide clinical recommendations rooted in assessment outcomes that specifically address the symptoms of ASD as outlined in the DSM-V.
• Collaborate consistently with Constellation BCBA colleagues to uphold excellence within the department.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation, reports, and data collection for assigned clients.
• Identify necessary equipment and materials required for program execution.
• Ensure the availability of essential equipment and materials.
• Develop program materials as needed.
• Regularly update and refresh equipment and materials based on client progress and needs.
• Seek clinical guidance or support as necessary.
• Timely and thoroughly complete reports in accordance with Constellation Kids policies.
• Deliver direct, one-on-one behavior analytic services to clients when required.
• Supervise behavior technicians assigned to clients on at least a weekly basis.
• Adjust the quantity of supervision based on the needs of technicians and clients, ensuring compliance with payer-approved limits.
• Consult with schools and other organizations as required.
• Ensure timely completion of required documentation.
• Submit documentation to department leadership for necessary review in a timely manner.
• Conduct staff training as assigned.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
• BCBA certification in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• State Licensure as required by BACB.
• Completion of 8-hour supervision training.
