This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Empower school-aged children by implementing evidence-based methods that foster positive behavior, enhance social skills, and promote academic achievement.

• Develop personalized behavior intervention plans tailored to individual needs.

• Work collaboratively with families and educators to achieve common goals.

• Assist students in flourishing through consistent, data-informed support.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis is required.

• National Board Behavior Analyst Certification (BCBA) is mandatory.

• Certified Ohio Behavioral Analyst Certificate (COBA) is necessary.

• Ohio BCI/FBI Clearance Letters OR a valid Ohio Department of Education license as evidence of clearance.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a school environment with expertise in IEPs.
