This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Vermont.
• Perform behavioral evaluations and create personalized ABA treatment strategies.
• Offer clinical oversight and support to behavior technicians executing the programs.
• Track client developments and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Work collaboratively with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to achieve treatment objectives.
• Ensure precise documentation and compliance with ethical and clinical standards in service delivery.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline.
• Preferred experience in delivering ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Fully remote position with adaptable scheduling.
• No restrictions on minimum or maximum caseloads.
• Absence of non-compete clauses.
• LBA Expansion Program offering support and reimbursement for additional state licensure.
