This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Vermont.
β’ Perform behavioral evaluations and create tailored ABA treatment strategies.
β’ Offer clinical oversight and direction to behavior technicians executing programs.
β’ Track client advancement and modify treatment plans as necessary.
β’ Work in partnership with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to achieve treatment objectives.
β’ Keep precise records and guarantee services conform to ethical and clinical standards.
β’ Deliver remote Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families across various states.
β’ Current BCBA certification in good standing.
β’ Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline.
β’ Preferred experience in providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
β’ Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
β’ Fully remote role with flexible scheduling options.
β’ No specified minimum or maximum caseload requirements.
β’ Absence of non-compete agreements.
β’ LBA Expansion Program offering support and reimbursement for additional state licensure.
