BCBA – Clinical Leadership, Career Growth

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Execute behavioral evaluations and create personalized ABA treatment plans.

• Offer clinical supervision and support to behavior technicians who are implementing programs.

• Track client progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.

• Work alongside caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to facilitate treatment objectives.

• Keep precise records and ensure that services meet ethical and clinical standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid BCBA certification in good standing.

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline.

• Experience in delivering ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
