This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Execute behavioral evaluations and create personalized ABA treatment plans.
β’ Offer clinical supervision and support to behavior technicians who are implementing programs.
β’ Track client progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
β’ Work alongside caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to facilitate treatment objectives.
β’ Keep precise records and ensure that services meet ethical and clinical standards.
β’ Valid BCBA certification in good standing.
β’ Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline.
β’ Experience in delivering ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.
β’ Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
β’ Fully remote role with flexible scheduling options.
β’ No minimum or maximum caseload requirements.
β’ Absence of non-compete agreements.
β’ LBA Expansion Program offering support and reimbursement for obtaining additional state licensure.
