This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Perform behavioral evaluations and create personalized ABA treatment strategies.
• Offer clinical oversight and support to behavior technicians executing programs.
• Track client advancement and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Work alongside caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to achieve treatment objectives.
• Keep precise records and guarantee that services conform to ethical and clinical standards.
• Deliver remote Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families in various states.
• Active BCBA certification that is in good standing.
• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline.
• Preferred experience in providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Completely remote role with flexible working hours.
• No minimum or maximum requirements for caseloads.
• Absence of non-compete clauses.
• LBA Expansion Program offering assistance and reimbursement for obtaining additional state licenses.
