📋 Description

• Carry out behavioral evaluations and create personalized ABA treatment plans

• Offer clinical oversight and direction to behavior technicians executing programs

• Track client progress and modify treatment plans as necessary

• Work in partnership with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to achieve treatment objectives

• Keep precise documentation and ensure that services comply with ethical and clinical standards

• Deliver remote Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families across various states

⛳️ Requirements

• Active BCBA certification in good standing

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline

• Experience in providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
