This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Perform behavioral evaluations and create tailored ABA treatment plans.
• Offer clinical oversight and support to behavior technicians executing programs.
• Track client advancements and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Work in conjunction with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to promote treatment objectives.
• Keep precise documentation and guarantee that services comply with ethical and clinical standards.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline.
• Preferred experience in providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred but not mandatory.
• Fully remote position with flexible scheduling options.
• No minimum or maximum requirements for caseloads.
• Absence of non-compete agreements.
• LBA Expansion Program with assistance and reimbursement for obtaining additional state licensure.
• A dedicated BCBA Success Manager available for continuous support and to help ensure clinical and professional achievement.
