This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Perform behavioral assessments and create tailored ABA treatment plans.
• Offer clinical oversight and direction to behavior technicians tasked with program implementation.
• Track client progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Work collaboratively with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to achieve treatment objectives.
• Ensure accurate documentation and confirm that services are provided in alignment with ethical and clinical standards.
• Current and valid BCBA certification.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a relevant discipline.
• Preferred experience in delivering ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Completely remote role with a flexible work schedule.
• No restrictions on minimum or maximum caseloads.
• Absence of non-compete clauses.
• LBA Expansion Program, which includes support and reimbursement for acquiring licenses in additional states.
