This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Perform behavioral evaluations and create personalized ABA treatment strategies.
• Offer clinical supervision and direction to behavior technicians tasked with program implementation.
• Track client progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Work in collaboration with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to achieve treatment objectives.
• Keep precise documentation and ensure that services are delivered in line with ethical and clinical standards.
• Current and valid BCBA certification.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline.
• Preferred experience in providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Fully remote role with a flexible work schedule.
• No specified minimum or maximum caseload limits.
• Absence of non-compete agreements.
• LBA Expansion Program offering support and reimbursement for acquiring licenses in additional states.
