This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Work collaboratively with our team to establish guidelines, handbooks, and processes for your own practice.

• Engage with our team regarding billing and insurance to ensure compliance with payer requirements and submission timelines.

• Provide both field and virtual supervision for Behavior Technicians.

• Assess the effectiveness of treatment approaches and adjust programs as necessary.

• Conduct functional assessments and prepare assessment and progress reports as required.

• Develop and implement behavior intervention plans, training sessions, and related in-service programs, including specific intervention training for staff and parents.

• Ensure that all treatment methodologies are grounded in evidence-based practices and reflect the latest research findings.

• Train and supervise clinical staff by overseeing and offering feedback on the direct implementation of ABA interventions.

• Partner with families to create effective behavior support strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.

• Valid BCBA Certification.

• Appropriate licensure to practice in the state of employment.

• At least three years of experience in ABA, with a preference for those in supervisory roles.

• Excellent leadership abilities.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
