This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Work collaboratively with our team to establish guidelines, handbooks, and processes for your own practice.
β’ Engage with our team regarding billing and insurance to ensure compliance with payer requirements and submission timelines.
β’ Provide both field and virtual supervision for Behavior Technicians.
β’ Assess the effectiveness of treatment approaches and adjust programs as necessary.
β’ Conduct functional assessments and prepare assessment and progress reports as required.
β’ Develop and implement behavior intervention plans, training sessions, and related in-service programs, including specific intervention training for staff and parents.
β’ Ensure that all treatment methodologies are grounded in evidence-based practices and reflect the latest research findings.
β’ Train and supervise clinical staff by overseeing and offering feedback on the direct implementation of ABA interventions.
β’ Partner with families to create effective behavior support strategies.
β’ Master's Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.
β’ Valid BCBA Certification.
β’ Appropriate licensure to practice in the state of employment.
β’ At least three years of experience in ABA, with a preference for those in supervisory roles.
β’ Excellent leadership abilities.
β’ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
