This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (VB-MAPP, Vineland, AFLS, etc.) and develop personalized behavior intervention plans.

• Provide oversight to Program Managers, Behavior Therapists (RBTs, BTs), and BCBA candidates, ensuring exceptional service delivery.

• Assess and track client progress, offering comprehensive progress reports and monthly updates.

• Supervise staff while providing ongoing supervision hours and opportunities for continuing education (CEUs).

• Conduct remote meetings with clients or utilize telehealth for assessments, meetings, and training as necessary.

• Ensure adherence to insurance requirements and manage data collection and analysis.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or a related discipline.

• Active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

• Capability to pass an FBI/DOJ clearance and background investigation.

• Excellent communication abilities, both spoken and written.

• Bilingual candidates (Spanish) are strongly preferred.
