This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Perform behavioral evaluations and create personalized ABA treatment strategies.
• Offer clinical oversight and direction to behavior technicians executing programs.
• Track client development and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Work in partnership with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to enhance treatment objectives.
• Ensure precise documentation and adherence to ethical and clinical standards in service delivery.
• Deliver remote Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families in various states.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a relevant discipline.
• Preferred experience in providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Fully remote role with flexible scheduling options.
• No specified minimum or maximum caseload limits.
• Absence of non-compete agreements.
• LBA Expansion Program offering support and reimbursement for obtaining additional state licensure.
• A dedicated BCBA Success Manager to provide continuous support and ensure clinical and professional achievement.
