This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Conduct behavioral evaluations and create personalized ABA treatment strategies.
β’ Offer clinical oversight and direction to behavior technicians executing programs.
β’ Track client progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
β’ Work collaboratively with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to achieve treatment objectives.
β’ Maintain precise documentation and ensure that services adhere to ethical and clinical standards.
β’ Active BCBA certification in good standing.
β’ Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline.
β’ Experience in providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.
β’ Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
β’ Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred but not mandatory.
β’ Fully remote position with flexible scheduling.
β’ No minimum or maximum caseload requirements.
β’ Absence of non-compete agreements.
β’ LBA Expansion Program providing support and reimbursement for additional state licensure.
