This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Perform behavioral evaluations and create tailored ABA treatment plans.
• Offer clinical oversight and support to behavior technicians executing programs.
• Track client development and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Work together with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to achieve treatment objectives.
• Keep precise records and ensure services comply with ethical and clinical guidelines.
• Deliver remote Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families in various states.
• Currently active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline.
• Previous experience in providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Fully remote role with flexible scheduling options.
• No minimum or maximum caseload limitations.
• Absence of non-compete agreements.
• LBA Expansion Program that includes support and reimbursement for obtaining additional state licensure.
• A dedicated BCBA Success Manager to offer continuous support and assist in ensuring clinical and professional achievement.
