This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Perform behavioral evaluations and create personalized ABA treatment strategies.
• Offer clinical oversight and direction to behavior technicians who are executing programs.
• Track client development and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Work in partnership with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to achieve treatment objectives.
• Keep precise documentation and guarantee that services adhere to ethical and clinical standards.
• Deliver remote Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families across various states.
• Valid BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline.
• Preferably experienced in providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Completely remote position with adaptable scheduling.
• No specified minimum or maximum caseload requirements.
• Absence of non-compete agreements.
• LBA Expansion Program that includes support and reimbursement for obtaining additional state licensure.
• A dedicated BCBA Success Manager to offer continuous assistance and help ensure clinical and professional achievement.
