This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Perform behavioral evaluations and create personalized ABA treatment plans
• Offer clinical oversight and direction to behavior technicians executing programs
• Track client advancements and modify treatment plans as necessary
• Work in partnership with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to achieve treatment objectives
• Keep precise records and ensure that services conform to ethical and clinical standards
• Active BCBA certification in good standing
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a comparable field
• Experience in providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Proficiency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)
• Fully remote position with adaptable scheduling
• No minimum or maximum caseload requirements
• Absence of non-compete agreements
