This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver remote Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families in various states.
• Perform behavioral assessments.
• Create and manage tailored ABA treatment plans.
• Offer clinical supervision and support to behavior technicians executing programs.
• Track client progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Work in partnership with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to achieve treatment objectives.
• Maintain precise documentation and ensure services are in line with ethical and clinical standards.
• Valid BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline.
• Preferred experience in delivering ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Completely remote role with flexible scheduling options.
• No minimum or maximum caseload stipulations.
• Absence of non-compete agreements.
• LBA Expansion Program offering support and reimbursement for acquiring additional state licensure.
• A committed BCBA Success Manager to provide ongoing assistance and ensure clinical and professional achievement.
