This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Perform behavioral assessments and create personalized ABA treatment plans.
• Offer clinical supervision and direction to behavior technicians executing programs.
• Track client progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Work collaboratively with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to achieve treatment objectives.
• Ensure precise documentation while adhering to ethical and clinical standards.
• Deliver remote Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families across various states.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline.
• Experience in providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Fully remote position with flexible scheduling options.
• No minimum or maximum caseload requirements.
