This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Conduct behavioral evaluations and create personalized ABA treatment plans.
β’ Offer clinical supervision and direction to behavior technicians executing programs.
β’ Track client progress and modify treatment plans as required.
β’ Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to facilitate treatment objectives.
β’ Ensure precise documentation and compliance with ethical and clinical standards.
β’ Deliver remote Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families across various states.
β’ Valid BCBA certification in good standing.
β’ Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related area.
β’ Experience in providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.
β’ Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
β’ Fully remote position with flexible scheduling.
β’ No minimum or maximum caseload requirements.
β’ Absence of non-compete agreements.
β’ LBA Expansion Program that includes support and reimbursement for obtaining additional state licensure.
