This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Perform behavioral evaluations and create personalized ABA treatment plans.
• Offer clinical oversight and support to behavior technicians executing programs.
• Track client advancement and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Work together with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to achieve treatment objectives.
• Keep precise documentation and ensure services adhere to ethical and clinical guidelines.
• Deliver remote Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families in various states.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline.
• Preferred experience in providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Up to $15K Retention Bonus.
