This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Perform behavioral evaluations and create personalized ABA treatment strategies.

• Offer clinical oversight and direction to behavior technicians executing programs.

• Track client development and modify treatment plans as necessary.

• Work in partnership with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to advance treatment objectives.

• Maintain precise records and ensure that services adhere to ethical and clinical standards.

• Deliver remote Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families across various states.

⛳️ Requirements

• Current BCBA certification in good standing.

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline.

• Experience in delivering ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
