This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Perform behavioral evaluations and create personalized ABA treatment strategies.

• Offer clinical oversight and direction to behavior technicians executing programs.

• Track client advancements and modify treatment plans as necessary.

• Work collaboratively with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to achieve treatment objectives.

• Ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance of services with ethical and clinical standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid BCBA certification in good standing.

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline.

• Preference for experience in delivering ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
