This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Conduct behavioral evaluations and create personalized ABA treatment plans.

• Provide clinical oversight and direction to behavior technicians executing programs.

• Monitor client advancement and modify treatment plans as necessary.

• Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to achieve treatment objectives.

• Maintain precise documentation and ensure that services meet ethical and clinical standards.

• Deliver remote Applied Behavior Analysis services to children and families across various states.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.

• Preferred experience in providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.

• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
