This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Perform behavioral evaluations and create personalized ABA treatment strategies.

• Offer clinical oversight and direction to behavior technicians executing programs.

• Track client progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.

• Work in partnership with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to achieve treatment objectives.

• Keep precise documentation and ensure services comply with ethical and clinical guidelines.

• Deliver remote Applied Behavior Analysis services to children and families in various states.

⛳️ Requirements

• Current BCBA certification in good standing.

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a comparable discipline.

• Experience in providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
