This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Perform behavioral evaluations and create tailored ABA treatment strategies.
• Offer clinical oversight and support to behavior technicians executing programs.
• Track client development and modify treatment strategies as necessary.
• Work collaboratively with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to achieve treatment objectives.
• Keep precise records and ensure that services comply with ethical and clinical standards.
• Deliver remote Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families in various states.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline.
• Previous experience delivering ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Completely remote role with adaptable scheduling.
• No minimum or maximum requirements for caseload.
• Absence of non-compete agreements.
