This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Perform behavioral evaluations and create customized ABA treatment plans.
• Offer clinical oversight and support to behavior technicians executing programs.
• Track client development and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to achieve treatment objectives.
• Keep precise records and ensure services meet ethical and clinical standards.
• Deliver remote ABA services to children and families in various states.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Preferred experience in providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Fully remote position with flexible scheduling options.
• No minimum or maximum requirements for caseloads.
• Absence of non-compete agreements.
• LBA Expansion Program, offering support and reimbursement for additional state licensure.
