This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Conduct behavioral evaluations and create tailored ABA treatment plans.

• Offer clinical oversight and support to behavior technicians executing programs.

• Track client development and modify treatment plans as necessary.

• Work collaboratively with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to achieve treatment objectives.

• Ensure precise documentation and uphold services that meet ethical and clinical standards.

• Deliver remote Applied Behavior Analysis services to children and families across various states.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid BCBA certification in good standing.

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a similar field.

• Preferred experience in providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
