This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
β’ Perform behavioral evaluations and create tailored ABA treatment strategies.
β’ Offer clinical oversight and support to behavior technicians executing programs.
β’ Track client advancement and modify treatment plans as necessary.
β’ Work in partnership with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to achieve treatment objectives.
β’ Keep precise documentation and ensure that services adhere to ethical and clinical standards.
β’ Deliver remote Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families in various states.
β’ Current BCBA certification in good standing.
β’ Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a relevant field.
β’ Experience in providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.
β’ Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
β’ Fully remote position with flexible working hours.
β’ No minimum or maximum requirements for caseloads.
β’ Absence of non-compete agreements.
