This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
β’ Perform behavioral evaluations and create personalized ABA treatment plans.
β’ Offer clinical oversight and support to behavior technicians executing programs.
β’ Track client development and modify treatment plans as necessary.
β’ Partner with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to achieve treatment objectives.
β’ Keep precise records and confirm that services adhere to ethical and clinical standards.
β’ Deliver remote Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families across various states.
β’ Current BCBA certification in good standing.
β’ Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline.
β’ Preferred experience in providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
β’ Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
β’ Fully remote role with adaptable scheduling.
β’ No minimum or maximum caseload obligations.
β’ Absence of non-compete agreements.
β’ LBA Expansion Program offering support and reimbursement for additional state licensure.
