This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Conduct behavioral assessments and create personalized ABA treatment plans.
• Offer clinical supervision and direction to behavior technicians executing programs.
• Track client progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to achieve treatment objectives.
• Keep accurate documentation and ensure services comply with ethical and clinical standards.
• Deliver remote Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families across various states.
• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline.
• Preferred experience in providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Fully remote position with flexible scheduling options.
• No minimum or maximum caseload requirements.
• Absence of non-compete agreements.
• LBA Expansion Program offering support and reimbursement for additional state licensure.
• A dedicated BCBA Success Manager to provide continuous support and help ensure clinical and professional achievement.
