This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.
• Perform behavioral evaluations and create personalized ABA treatment plans.
• Offer clinical oversight and support to behavior technicians executing programs.
• Track client advancements and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Work in conjunction with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to achieve treatment objectives.
• Keep precise records and ensure services adhere to ethical and clinical guidelines.
• Deliver remote Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families in various states.
• Valid BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline.
• Preferably have experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Completely remote position with adaptable scheduling.
• There are no minimum or maximum caseload requirements.
• No non-compete agreements in place.
• LBA Expansion Program offering support and reimbursement for obtaining additional state licenses.
• A dedicated BCBA Success Manager to provide continuous support and assist in ensuring clinical and professional success.
