This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.
• Perform behavioral assessments and create personalized ABA treatment plans.
• Offer clinical supervision and direction to behavior technicians carrying out programs.
• Track client progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Work in conjunction with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to achieve treatment objectives.
• Keep precise documentation and make certain that services conform to ethical and clinical standards.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related area.
• Preferred experience in delivering ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Fully remote position with adaptable scheduling.
• No minimum or maximum requirements for caseload.
• Absence of non-compete agreements.
• LBA Expansion Program providing support and reimbursement for additional state licensure.
• A committed BCBA Success Manager to offer continuous support and ensure both clinical and professional achievement.
