This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas.

📋 Description

• Perform behavioral assessments and create tailored ABA treatment plans

• Offer clinical supervision and guidance to behavior technicians executing programs

• Track client progress and modify treatment plans as necessary

• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to achieve treatment objectives

• Maintain precise documentation and ensure services comply with ethical and clinical standards

• Deliver remote Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families across various states

⛳️ Requirements

• Current BCBA certification in good standing

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline

• Experience in providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
