This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas.

📋 Description

• Perform behavioral assessments and create personalized ABA treatment plans.

• Offer clinical supervision and direction to behavior technicians executing programs.

• Track client progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.

• Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to advance treatment objectives.

• Ensure precise documentation and that services comply with ethical and clinical standards.

• Deliver remote Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families in various states.

⛳️ Requirements

• Current BCBA certification in good standing.

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline.

• Experience in providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
