This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas.

📋 Description

• Conduct behavioral evaluations and create personalized ABA treatment plans.

• Offer clinical oversight and guidance to behavior technicians executing programs.

• Track client progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.

• Work in collaboration with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to achieve treatment objectives.

• Keep precise documentation and ensure that services conform to ethical and clinical standards.

• Deliver remote Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families across various states.

⛳️ Requirements

• Current BCBA certification in good standing.

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline.

• Experience in providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
