This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas.

📋 Description

• Conduct behavioral evaluations and create tailored ABA treatment plans.

• Offer clinical supervision and mentorship to behavior technicians executing programs.

• Track client progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.

• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to achieve treatment objectives.

• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with ethical and clinical standards.

• Deliver remote Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families across various states.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline.

• Preferred experience in providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.

• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
