This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the P&L, utilization objectives, and growth strategy for the Business Central practice.
• Recruit, mentor, and manage Business Central consultants, developers, and functional leads.
• Establish delivery methodologies, quality standards, and best practices across various engagements.
• Collaborate with Sales on project scoping, estimating, proposal development, and client presentations.
• Develop and nurture relationships with Microsoft and ISV partners.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and enhance service offerings and accelerators accordingly.
• Report practice KPIs, such as utilization, margin, pipeline, and customer satisfaction, to the leadership team.
• Act as a solution architect or lead consultant for Business Central implementations and upgrades.
• Facilitate discovery and requirements-gathering sessions.
• Design and oversee the configuration, customization, and integration solutions for Business Central.
• Assist clients with process re-engineering, data migration, and preparations for go-live.
• Address complex technical or functional issues as they arise.
• Ensure that engagements are completed on schedule, within budget, and to high standards.
• Over 7 years of experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV in a consulting setting.
• More than 2 years in a leadership role, practice management, or team lead position.
• Demonstrated ability to balance billable delivery with responsibilities related to practice development.
• Strong understanding of the core modules of Business Central, including Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing, as well as common integration patterns.
• Experience in pre-sales activities, including scoping, writing statements of work (SOWs), estimating levels of effort, and proposal drafting.
• Exceptional client-facing communication skills and a commanding executive presence.
• Experience managing practice financials, including utilization, margins, and revenue targets.
• Preferred Microsoft certifications such as MB-800 or MB-700.
• Experience in developing repeatable accelerators, intellectual property, or industry-specific Business Central service offerings is preferred.
• Background in working within the Microsoft and ISV partner ecosystem is also preferred.
