Baseball Instructor – Mobile Camps & Clinics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Provide exceptional, skill-focused baseball coaching primarily at camps and clinics throughout Philadelphia’s parks and fields.

• Foster enduring relationships with athletes, their families, and coaches, strengthening our community connections.

• Offer personalized coaching tailored to the age and skill level of each athlete within an engaging camp or clinic setting.

• Collaborate with other experienced instructors, exchanging knowledge and techniques to improve our program quality.

• Play an essential role in the preparation, execution, and dismantling of our interactive baseball training events.

⛳️ Requirements

• Has participated in or coached baseball at the collegiate and/or professional levels.

• Exhibits strong organizational, planning, and communication abilities.

• Capable of implementing and modifying instructional plans and station rotations for diverse ages and skill levels.

• Able to adapt coaching strategies to address the individual needs of athletes as necessary.

• Willing to frequently travel within the Philadelphia metropolitan area to assist with camps, clinics, and special events.

• Maintains a positive and supportive attitude towards both colleagues and clients.

• Proficient in learning and applying new technologies to enhance the instructional process and athlete experience.

• Ready for regular local travel to conduct programs in neighboring communities.
