Banking Services Representative II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Verifying all funds that are incoming and outgoing for Title Escrow Accounts

• Collaborating closely with the bank and accounting team to resolve Positive Pay exceptions and OFAC alerts

• Accurately assigning incoming lender wires to the correct escrow files

• Conducting quality control of all outgoing wires before initiation to ensure proper dispatch

• Coordinating with funders to address outgoing wire quality control failures

• Confirming that all wires from the previous day have been successfully processed

• Executing daily deposits for escrow accounts

• Resolving Positive Pay Exceptions

• Handling returned escrow checks

⛳️ Requirements

• Educational Requirement: High School Diploma or GED

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience

• A college degree with relevant industry experience is preferred

• Experience in the real estate and/or vendor management service industry is preferred

• Familiarity with ALTA best practices is preferred

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word)

• Strong attention to detail

• Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

• State Title Escrow Licenses are preferred

• Understanding of client-based systems

• Strong problem-solving abilities

• Capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
