This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide strategic guidance to clients for maximizing the use of AI platforms.
• Take ownership of analytical narratives and report improvements in key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Enhance client retention and net revenue retention for accounts.
• Cultivate relationships within client organizations to facilitate software adoption.
• Maintain expertise in the platform to effectively convey its capabilities.
• Design and implement training programs for client teams.
• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in Customer Success, Consulting, Account Management, or a related strategic client-facing role.
• Demonstrated expertise in SaaS.
• Experience in Fintech is preferred.
• Strong interest in Financial Services.
• Exceptional relationship management skills.
• Proficient in data-driven communication.
• High enthusiasm for AI and proactive adoption.
• Education: A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
