📋 Description

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by actively engaging and interacting with customers.

• Exemplify established customer experience practices with both internal and external customers.

• Foster a positive store culture grounded in honesty, integrity, and respect.

• Process customer purchases and returns accurately, while counting change in accordance with procedures.

• Advocate for credit and loyalty programs.

• Uphold merchandising philosophy, procedures, and standards.

• Precisely process and prepare merchandise for display on the sales floor.

• Initiate and contribute to store recovery efforts throughout the day.

• Maintain organizational cleanliness and recovery standards across the sales floor and the entire store.

• Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback.

• Support initiatives aimed at reducing store shrinkage.

• Engage in safety awareness and contribute to maintaining a safe environment.

• Cross-train and assist in various store areas as required.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Retail customer experience is preferred.
