This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Support the Management and Finance team in Spain with administrative and financial tasks.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoice accounting.
• Handle incoming and outgoing invoices, payments, and related benefits issues.
• Oversee travel expenses and assist with cost allocation processes (cross-charging).
• Prepare contractual documentation and coordinate signature workflows (e.g., via DocuSign).
• Ensure proper document management and maintain a clear overview of all processes.
• Maintain and reconcile accounts, including bank and cash transactions.
• Supervise accounts receivable and manage collection processes.
• Participate in digitalization initiatives and continuous improvement of processes.
• Contribute to general administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of daily business activities.
• Over 3 years of experience in accounting or financial accounting.
• Solid knowledge of business accounting.
• High technological affinity, particularly with MS Office, and experience with accounting software.
• Structured, independent, and detail-oriented work style.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; team spirit.
• Experience with invoicing, expenses, payments, and cost allocation tools.
• Basic knowledge of financial KPIs and/or project controlling.
• Fluent in Spanish and high level of English.
• Discretion and reliability.
