Backend Software Engineer, Golang

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.

📋 Description

• Develop, scale, and maintain **backend and frontend services** that support Insider One’s core analytics systems, processing **hundreds of thousands of events per second**, managing **terabytes of data**, and delivering **real-time insights** across **9+ global products.**

• Sustain and advance **large-scale data stores**, ensuring rapid and reliable access to analytics data at an extensive scale.

• Engage in **high-throughput, low-latency** systems utilized by both internal teams and customer-oriented dashboards.

• Contribute to the development of **event ingestion pipelines**, **API creation**, **data enhancement**, and **metric generation** workflows.

• Collaborate with **backend and data engineers** to perpetually enhance performance, reliability, and observability.

• Produce **clean, modular, and testable** code using **Go** and **Node.js**, concentrating on constructing scalable systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess robust backend development experience with **Go** and/or **Node.js**, and **PHP Laravel.**

• You have substantial frontend development experience with **Vue.js.**

• You take pleasure in working on **data-intensive systems**, particularly where **performance at scale** is essential.

• You have experience with databases such as **PostgreSQL**, **Redis**, or comparable technologies.

• You are passionate about building **real-time systems** and prioritize writing **clean, maintainable backend code.**

• You demonstrate initiative, communicate effectively, and proactively address issues without waiting for directives.

• **Bonus points if you have:**

• Experience with **ClickHouse**, **Kafka**, **Kinesis**, or **NATS.**

• Familiarity with **Kubernetes**, **AWS**, and **distributed architectures.**

• Interest in **event-driven design**, **streaming pipelines**, or **gRPC-based communication.**

• A passion for **debugging**, **optimizing**, and **monitoring** complex systems.
