This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Construct and verify patient rosters, eligibility information, and account configurations for each new clinic and healthcare system.
• Integrate source data from various inputs into clean, precise, and go-live-ready datasets.
• Conduct quality assurance and validate all data prior to go-live and before transferring to Customer Success.
• Create precise program populations based on diagnosis criteria, insurance regulations, and specific clinic requirements.
• Organize and document EHR and EMR access along with data flows for every clinic.
• Quickly and methodically troubleshoot data discrepancies and integration challenges.
• Keep up-to-date documentation of each clinic’s systems.
• Manipulate, reconcile, and structure extensive datasets using Excel and Google Sheets.
• Develop trackers and validation views for the implementation team.
• Utilize data validation techniques, including Google Apps Script, custom formulas, lookup functions, and conditional logic.
• Provide clean data on schedule to ensure timely front-end go-lives.
• Identify data risks early and supply accurate, current records to the CRM and Customer Success.
• Represent the Implementation team in meetings with clinics.
• Clearly and professionally communicate eligibility criteria, data workflows, and implementation processes.
• Report to the VP of Implementation and collaborate closely with the Front-End Implementation Manager.
• A minimum of two years in data, operations, implementation, or analytical roles.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel and Google Sheets.
• Experience with Google Apps Script, custom formulas, lookup functions, conditional logic, and data validation techniques.
• Familiarity with enterprise password management tools such as 1Password, LastPass, or Bitwarden.
• Experience in documenting and mapping data fields, workflows, and business rules for automation, system integrations, or RPA projects.
• Excellent attention to detail with a low tolerance for data errors.
• Highly organized and methodical, capable of managing data across multiple simultaneous implementations.
• Ability to represent the Implementation team in clinic-facing meetings and to communicate technical data workflows effectively and professionally.
• Strong AI fluency and regular professional use of AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and workflow automation platforms.
