This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and verify patient rosters, eligibility information, and account setups for new clinics and healthcare systems.
• Consolidate source data from various inputs into clean, precise, and go-live-ready datasets.
• Perform quality assurance and validate data prior to go-live and transition to Customer Success.
• Create program populations utilizing diagnosis criteria, insurance regulations, and specific clinic requirements.
• Coordinate and document access to EHR and EMR systems as well as data flows.
• Address data discrepancies and integration challenges.
• Keep thorough documentation of clinic systems.
• Manipulate, reconcile, and organize large datasets using Excel and Google Sheets.
• Develop implementation trackers and validation views.
• Employ data validation techniques to identify and rectify data quality issues.
• Provide clean data on schedule to ensure timely front-end go-lives.
• Identify data risks early and maintain accurate records for the CRM and Customer Success.
• Represent the Implementation team in meetings with clinics.
• Clearly and professionally communicate eligibility requirements, data workflows, and implementation processes.
• Report to the VP of Implementation.
• Collaborate with the Front-End Implementation Manager and Customer Success team.
• A minimum of two years of experience in data, operations, implementation, or analytical roles.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel and Google Sheets.
• Experience with Google Apps Script, custom formulas, lookup functions, and conditional logic.
• Familiarity with enterprise password management tools such as 1Password, LastPass, or Bitwarden.
• Experience in documenting and mapping data fields, workflows, and business rules for automation, system integrations, or RPA initiatives.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a low tolerance for data inaccuracies.
• Methodical and organized approach with the ability to manage data across multiple implementations concurrently.
• Comfortable representing the Implementation team in clinic-facing meetings.
• Ability to communicate technical data workflows in a clear and professional manner.
• High fluency in AI and active professional utilization of AI tools.
• Preferred: Experience with EHR and EMR systems such as Epic, Cerner, athenahealth, or eClinicalWorks.
• Preferred: Background in healthcare data and familiarity with HIPAA-sensitive information.
• Preferred: Experience with SQL or other data-tooling technologies.
• Preferred: Background in remote care, RPM, or CCM.
• Preferred: Familiarity with project management and CRM tools like HubSpot, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
