Backend Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• You enhance our payment software solutions by integrating payment service providers (PSP) as part of a cross-functional team.

• You develop the payment domain of our market-leading B2B fitness SaaS platform in close collaboration with product management and the development team, utilizing JVM technologies and frameworks such as Spring Boot.

• You create high-quality software components within an agile environment and contribute your ideas within a flat organizational structure.

• You design and improve resilient, maintainable microservices in an agile and autonomous environment, along with their integration into our SaaS platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in developing cloud-based software using JVM technologies, with familiarity in frameworks like Spring Boot and Hibernate.

• You have experience working on a scalable, cloud-native platform.

• You are committed to delivering high-quality, reliable components with rapid deployment cycles and are continuously focused on self-improvement.

• You keep up with programming trends, excel in collaborative settings, and communicate effectively in English. You pragmatically apply proven design patterns to construct maintainable and efficient backend systems.
