Backend Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the creation of essential platform services.

• Design and develop technologies to facilitate the operations of US Government satellites.

• Function both as a key individual contributor and a mentor for junior engineers.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5+ years of increasingly responsible experience in software engineering.

• Significant expertise in Python, FastAPI, Postgres, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.

• Proven experience in architecting and developing APIs and backend services.

• Comprehensive understanding of at least one major commercial cloud platform and its related services.

• Ability to navigate ambiguity and effectively manage your own workload.

• Experience in learning from mistakes and adapting accordingly.
