Backend Developer, PHP, Inglés alto C1

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Lead the project ensuring stability.

• Coordinate a team of two developers alongside the Scrum Master.

• Manage stakeholder relationships.

• Lead and engage in the technical development of solutions and their implementation.

• Oversee migration initiatives.

• Conduct technical feasibility analyses.

• Serve as Scrum Master to ensure adherence to agile methodologies.

• Update documentation in ServiceNow.

• Handle incident management.

• Supervise potential security vulnerabilities and create plans to address them.

• Participate in audits.

• Act as the main point of contact with international suppliers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of prior experience in a similar role.

• Proficient in English at C1 level (spoken).

• Experience with PHP, Js, ReactJs, OpenShift, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Jira, Agile, Scrum.

• Knowledge of Oauth2.1 and OpenID Connect.

• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.

• Problem-solving mindset.

• High level of autonomy and proactivity.

• Excellent communication skills.
